Staff survey highlights strong support for teleworking, with need for greater consistency

The Union has published the results of its internal survey on the implementation of the EUI teleworking policy, based on 77 responses from administrative staff. The findings confirm overall satisfaction and a clear positive impact on work-life balance, while also highlighting important areas for improvement.

In particular, respondents point to uneven application of the policy across departments and limited monitoring as key concerns. The report includes a series of practical proposals aimed at strengthening fairness, transparency, and consistency in the policy’s implementation.

We would like to thank all the participants who provided us with sufficient data to gain a clearer picture of the situation.
