The Academic Careers Observatory (ACO) brings together perspectives and resources to help early-career researchers better understand academic career paths, opportunities, and working conditions across countries and disciplines.

• What you can contribute: Practical advice, career experiences, perspectives on academic systems, funding and recruitment, or insights into working conditions and career development.
• Who can contribute: Researchers, academics, career professionals, and others with relevant experience or knowledge of academic careers.
• How it works: Share your idea or perspective with us. Our team will work with you to develop, refine, and publish relevant content for the ACO.
